Responding to Disclosures Training
CRP, in collaboration with the Student Advocacy Resource Center (SARC), regularly offers a skill-based training focused on how to respond when someone discloses an experience of discrimination, harassment, or sexual harassment. This interactive, practice-based session helps participants build confidence and competence in providing supportive, informed, and appropriate responses. Whether you are a staff member, faculty member, or student leader, this training equips you with practical tools to respond compassionately and connect individuals to the right resources.
Additional and Specialized Trainings
CRP also offers additional training sessions throughout the academic year. These cover topics such as conflict resolution, inclusive practices, bias awareness, and more. To view upcoming offerings or register, please see our GrizHub offerings below.
We also welcome requests for specialized trainings tailored to the needs of departments, student groups, or other campus audiences. To inquire about a custom training, contact us at conflict@umontana.edu.
