Welcome to the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥'s Research Computing Infrastructure
[Under Construction]
Here we will be hosting documentation, links, and resources to help folks get started in using the Hellgate Shared Computing Cluster, along with information on how to get assistance with non-Hellgate related research devices.
Hellgate Canyon and the Hellgate research cluster are two distinct resources that share a common thread. For the indigenous peoples of the region, Hellgate Canyon served as a vital resource that provided food, water, and a passageway through rugged terrain. Similarly, the Hellgate research cluster serves as a valuable resource for the scientific and academic communities, providing advanced computing capabilities that support cutting-edge research and innovation. Both Hellgate Canyon and the Hellgate research cluster represent gateways to new discoveries and a bridge between different fields of study. By naming the research cluster after the historic canyon, we honor the importance of both natural and technological resources in advancing human knowledge and understanding.
"The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ acknowledges that we are in the aboriginal territories of the Salish and Kalispel people. Today, we honor the path they have always shown us in caring for this place for the generations to come."
