Jacob Ellis is the Community Director for Aber and Craig Halls. Moving north from Gilbert, Arizona he attended Boise State University and graduated with a bachelor's in Film and Television. While in University he discovered a passion for Residence Life after serving as a Resident Assistant and Senior Resident Assistant during the academic year. He is an avid storyteller and is able to bring stories to life through creating short films and also through Dungeons & Dragons. Outside of that he enjoys playing video games, watching movies, reading, and driving to new places.
McKenlie Ballard

McKenlie Ballard serves as the Community Director for Duniway and Elrod Halls. She moved to Missoula from a small town in Northern California to attend the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, earning a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology and Sports Psychology. McKenlie started working for UM Housing in the fall of 2023, where she served both as a Resident Assistant and Community Development Coordinator. She is excited to help foster a supportive and positive environment in the residence halls as she jumps into the Community Director position. In her free time, McKenlie enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
