OHRP's Mission
We aim to lead in addressing Montana’s healthcare workforce needs and improving health outcomes through collaborative, innovative health science research and initiatives. Guided by our vision of health equity for all Montanans and grounded in stewardship, synergy, and advocacy, we work to unify health science efforts at the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, reduce duplication, and strengthen partnerships. We support research, evaluation, and interdisciplinary projects, while also responding quickly to workforce demands with flexible training and education. Additionally, we provide guidance on academic programming, community outreach, clinic coordination, and recruitment to ensure a well-prepared, responsive healthcare workforce.
