Personal Summary

Growing up in North Idaho, Kara Green has lived in nine different states before returning to the area over a year ago. She missed the beauty of her childhood home and wanted to share it with her daughter.

For the past five years, Kara has been dedicated to advocating for her daughter with special needs. This journey has been both challenging and profound, leading her to a path of research, education, and lasting friendships with other parents. The connections made during this time have been invaluable.

Kara and her daughter live with two spectacular Persian cats, who receive lovingly imperfect haircuts every few months. Working for Family to Family has boosted Kara's confidence in advocating for families and her daughter, making it a rewarding experience.
